Roscoe Village Total Gut & Rehab.
This Chicago Roscoe Village property was a gut and rehab job for the whole house. A new finished attic furnished extra living space. Large windows helped flood natural light into the new basement. The job featured many details to give this total rehab an extra splash of style. A sleek metal spiral staircase gave an industrial feel while it allowed for more usable room. A new bathroom with a modern design was included in this whole home rehab.
